I'm Fern...a 25 yrs old housewife and a mother of 3.I let myself go for over 3 years and gained over 35lbs(adding with weight gained after kids),always made an excuse for not exercising "i can't","i have no time","i'm too tired"...NO MORE!!!!I've started my journey in Dec and I've lost 17lbs so far.I've made this blog for myself and to maybe help motivate someone.My goal is to try to hit my goal weight and to look the best as i can for my 26th bday in Oct.I'm always open to new things to help keep me motivated,so lets help each other :)
